Hi, I'm Briana.
I believe buying or selling a home shouldn't feel overwhelming. My job isn't just to unlock doors or write contracts, it's to help you make smart, confident decisions.
Over the past decade, I've helped clients navigate everything from first homes to move-up purchases, luxury new construction, vacant land, and investment properties. My experience extends beyond traditional real estate. I've owned a remodeling company, invested in real estate, developed land, owned a wedding venue, and spent years evaluating properties from both a financial and construction perspective. That means I'm looking beyond fresh paint and staging to help you understand long-term value, potential challenges, and the opportunities others might miss.
I especially enjoy helping families who are selling one home and buying another. Coordinating two transactions at once requires strategy, communication, and careful planning, and it's one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
My approach is calm, educational, and never high-pressure. I believe informed clients make the best decisions, so I take the time to explain your options, answer your questions, and build a plan that fits your goals.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my kids & family, taking care of my chickens and garden, or tackling my next DIY home project. I also am a huge mystery/escape room aficionado, and am developing a point & click mystery adventure PC game!
